September Employees of the Month

Certificated employee, Tim Dickinson has been a part of the LPS team since 2011 serving our elementary students. The past couple of years Tim has taken on the role as Climate & Behavioral Specialist at Northlake Elementary. He has made a hugely positive impact in Northlake’s school community. He is constantly going above and beyond to support students and staff so that learning is the biggest focus in the building. From implementing new procedures to just having a safe spot for students to calm, Tim fosters a structured and welcoming environment that gives every student the opportunity to thrive and be successful.

Classified employee, Matt Keevy is just beginning his second year with LPS and has quickly shown how invaluable he is by taking on the role as Technology Coordinator. He has brought a variety of skills to the district, such as a team player, a leader, a coordinator, and decision maker. His patience and positive attitude are known district-wide.

February Employees of the Month

Nurse Lindy Campbell (left) has been with LPS since 2006 and has lent her decades of experience to the district for the benefit of our students. She has proven to be a dedicated asset for all of our schools and a great mentor to incoming team members. Always ready and willing to take the lead but also to answer questions and provide guidance. Her positive demeanor and willingness to help do not go unnoticed!

Janet Taylor (right), family liaison at Northlake, is always available to help everyone, flexible and honest. She collaborates with community services, staying in touch with all resources that can help families. In part due to Janet’s efforts, Northlake has observed attendance patterns of students improve. She not only confers with families, but teaches skills, brainstorms and offers resources to support families — all in a thoughtful, non-judgmental way. Janet also is available to weigh in on decisions, providing input to improve a situation or to improve the school. Janet joined the district team in 2015, and we appreciate her work with all families.
